Camden District Activity Centre is a Social Support Group for people who may be isolated, aged, frail or people with disabilities. Our Service can make a huge difference to your quality of life and assist you to remain living in your own home or as independently as possible. We welcome referrals from individuals, friends, carers, relatives, doctors and other community organizations and agencies.
To enhance quality of life through the provision of quality services by addressing the need of the ageing, frail aged and people with a disabilities in the Camden LGA & parts of the Wollondilly Shire.
To provide Social Support in a group setting to support people who are ageing, frail aged, and people with disabilities and their carers, and people who are at risk of premature or inappropriate admission to long term residential care. We seek to enable them to remain living as independently in their home and community as long as practical. We deliver a flexible service encouraging local responsiveness to meet the needs of individuals regardless of ethnicity and without prejudice.
